1
Who can be a member?
Club membership is not limited to U of U students; participants may be from any college, or they may be graduates looking for ways to earn more experience before applying to the physical therapy graduate program.
2
How do I become a member?
If you go to our contact page, we have outlined the process of becoming a member (takes less than 10 minutes!). The short of it is, get added on Campus Connect, join our GroupMe, and pay your annual dues.
3
How much are dues?
Dues are just $10 for the whole (academic) year. If you are currently under a financial burden and do not feel that you could make dues, feel free to contact us.
4
What kind of events does the club host?
For the 2023-2024 school year, the board is working to have bi-monthly meetings featuring current physical therapists, current PT students, and other professionals in the industry to give talks about their experiences. Additionally, we are planning volunteer days, application work shops, and other fun events.
5
Do I need to attend every event offered by the club?
Seeing as the board is currently revamping the club, we are not requiring attendance at any or all events but we do wish for you to be there! Board members are working hard to host events that are motivation enough to attend and would love to hear your feedback on what events you would like us to host.
6
How can I be more involved in the club?
Getting more involved can take many different forms including volunteer positions, and being part of the board. Board member elections are held in the spring and are open to all club members. Reach out to us via email to see what opportunities are available.
